It was a day filled with weather you could only dream of for your wedding.
A spring warm with enough sunshine to go around.
To match the beautiful weather was the beautiful wedding detailed with great style.
.
Each bouquet was put together with perfection by the bride.

.
Perfect harmony, if you ask me!

Shannon and her bridemaids.
I like how this picture gives them their own style with each of their own self-picked dresses.

Thank you Travis and Shannon!
Brooks stopped by for a photo session.
He had plenty of big grins as long as you could keep up…

Brooks could be in a Carhartt ad…who doesn’t want a pair for their little boy now?!

Naomi didn’t ask to be in the pictures but during a break I thought these moments were to cute to pass up!

What freedom walking brings!
Thanks for the fun session!
Chet and his mom stopped by for a one year session!
Not 15 minutes in, Chet was making his mom persperate:) One year olds can be tricky especially trapped in an indoor studio(although having them on the loose outside has its challenges!).
The hard work payed off because we were able to get some smiles.
The green sweater is passed on from Chet’s grandpa who wore it when he was 1.
.
I smile when I look back at this sequence of pictures. Chet couldn’t decide if this was fun or not.
All taken just seconds apart.
.
Thanks for coming by Chet and Leanne!
I get that same feeling I had of the wedding day as I sit down to do this blog post. The anxious, excitable chills…the big day finally arrived.
Since Lauren was born I have been slowly taking up some photography sessions this late winter.
I was so honored to jumpstart my wedding photography again with capturing Jeff and Kara’s wedding day.
They are so relaxed and enjoyable, I truly feel I made two friends at the end of the day.
.
I love to witness the preperation and details the bride, her family and the bridemaids put into the day before the groom even arrives.
.
Kara’s dress was made by her mother. Simple and Beautiful.

Then the groom arrives …

Jeff made for one happy groom.

Let the fun begin! The part of the day where the bride and groom get to spend some quiet time with each other…with me taggin along:)

Headed to the church to get married!
.
Love the toothless smile.

Instead of a cake, Jeff and Kara opted for desserts. Lots of desserts.

Thank you Jeff and Kara for giving me the opportunity to capture your wedding day!
